Policies & check-in details
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM with contactless, self-check-in available any time after via smart lock — there's no front desk. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at Union Street Lofts.
Can we fit extra guests or a crib?
Rollaway/extra beds are available for a $50/night surcharge, and cribs can be requested. Reach out after booking and we'll set it up.
